DIGITAL LASER SCREEN MAKING SYSTEM (LEX-BLUERAY)

  • LEX uses diode laser to expose (harden) the non-design area lacquer (photo emulsion). After developing process, the design area (non-exposed lacquer) will be washed off, to make the screen holes open for the colour paste penetration. 

 

  • Powered by diode laser generator from Japan, LEX enables you to an economical engraving solution, while keeps high engraving definition. 

 

  • LEX is open for any kind of lacquer (emulsion) to be integrated in your current engraving process.
